Booking Conditions

  • All booking enquiries will be confirmed in writing by email – info@fantasearedsea.com
  • Upon confirmation of a booking an invoice will be issued with deposit details, (equivalent to 3 nights) to be made by bank transfer.
  • We are not liable for any bank charges the exact amount must be transferred taking into consideration any charges made by your bank.
  • Please notify us when the deposit has been paid so that we can trace payment and confirm receipt
  • For International payments made to our UK Sterling or local EURO accounts and a copy of the remittance slip to be emailed to us so that we can trace payment & confirm receipt
  • Deposits are non refundable – except in exceptional circumstances if a cancellation occurs through unforeseen circumstances a credit note will be issued for a maximum period of 12 months. Please see full cancellation policy below
    Full payment is to be made 14 days prior to departure or the balance of payment to be made upon arrival @ Coral Coast Hotel

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation - 14 days – 7 days prior to arrival – 25% of total booking, per room.
  • Cancellation 6 days – arrival – 3 x nights per room(if applicable)
  • No show or Cancellation on site – 3 x Nights per room (without valid reason)
  • Dive only cancellations if agreed can be held in credit if cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
